Aaron Pacini - Managing Member
Mr. Pacini graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010. He then clerked for the Honorable Clark Waddoups of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. After litigating complex commercial cases in private practice, Mr. Pacini served as General Counsel for a Utah-based renewable energy company. He managed the company's in-house legal department and outside counsel, culminating in an executed multi-million dollar power purchase agreement with Rocky Mountain Power. Mr. Pacini has represented various companies in both state and federal court.
As Managing Member of LEGAL W0RX, PLLC, Mr. Pacini acts as outside General Counsel for multiple small and medium-sized companies. Mr. Pacini's services include:
Managing litigation, regulatory compliance, and outside counsel;
Drafting various contracts including corporate documents, SaaS Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, employment agreements, etc.;
Drafting legal pleadings, including dispositive motions and discovery requests;
Advising businesses regarding corporate governance and corporate restructuring.
